Who We Are
PAF is a non-profit, all volunteer feral cat rescue and advocacy group.
Our organization dedicates its resources to humanely reducing the feral cat population through a Trap/Neuter/Return (TNR) program on the North Shore and advocating for TNR programs to be included in budgets by municipalities and large animal welfare organizations.
Please Help Us Continue The Vital Work With Feral And Homeless Animals.
Choose How You Want Us to Care for Your Pet!
These feral cats have all been spayed or neutered and vaccinated! They have 24/7 caregivers who feed them and watch over the colony.
They are helping to keep the area free of rodents as their territory is near the waterfront

Adoption & Foster Programs
Our network of foster families helps socialize cats and prepare them for adoption into safe, permanent homes throughout Canada.
Cat Rescue & Medical Care
We provide emergency response for injured, abandoned, or neglected cats—offering veterinary care, safe housing, and rehabilitation.
TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return)
We work with municipalities and rural communities across British Columbia to humanely control the stray and feral cat population.
Public Education
Through school visits, public events, and online campaigns, we raise awareness about spay/neuter programs and responsible pet care.
