North Van City Mayor Declares Oct. 16th, 2012 - "Feral Cat Day"
PAF is a non-profit, all volunteer feral cat rescue and advocacy group.
Our organization dedicates its resources to humanely reducing the feral cat
population through a Trap/Neuter/Return (TNR) program on the North Shore
and advocating for TNR programs to be included in budgets by municipalities
and large animal welfare organizations.
